Welcome to the Known World Cooks and Bards Merchant Page. If you would like to be a Merchant at our event, please fill out the Merchants Form and submit it to us. The pictures listed below are the areas that we have assigned for the Merchants. The description next to the picture tells you where the location is and the area that you may have. Please note that the locations are on a first come, first served basis as we are not charging Merchants for the space. The listing of Merchants who will be attending will be updated as we receive them and listed below. Site Location 1

This is the main building on the site. It overlooks the buildings below and is where the main hall is located. Each space is 6 feet wide, so tables would need to take into account 3 feet for people to pass by. Merchants in this location would need to bring their own tables and chairs. They would also be responsible for securing their items at night. There is an overhang above so it would not have direct contact of inclement weather. Please indicate on the form the size of your table(s).

Site Location 2 

This area is also at the main building on the site. It does not have a direct overview of the building below. Each space is 6 feet wide, so tables would need to take into account 3 feet for people to pass by. Merchants in this location would need to bring their own tables and chairs. They would also be responsible for securing their items at night. There is an overhang above so it would not have direct contact of inclement weather. Please indicate on the form the size of your table(s).

Site Location 3

This area is on the blacktop of the basketball court. It is at the back of the site close to the cabins. This is ideal for those with pop-up tents. If a merchant would like to have this location, please indicate on the form the Site Location number and the size of your pop-up tent.

Site Location 4

This area is also at the back of the site close to the cabins. For those Merchants who have tents and would like to set-up in this location, please indicate the size of the tent/pop-up you will be bringing.

Site Location 5

This will be our overflow merchants area. It is located at the back of the site near the cabins, overlooking the lake. Each space is 6 feet wide, so tables would need to take into account 3 feet for people to pass by. Merchants in this location would need to bring their own tables and chairs. They would also be responsible for securing their items at nights. There is an overhang above so it would not have direct contact of inclement weather. Please indicate on the form the size of your table(s).
