Site Rules
- All cabins and campsite entrances must be kept clear to allow access for emergency vehicles to pull in and turn around.
- Due to site limitations, parking at cabins will be limited to those with handicap access. All other vehicles need to be moved to designated parking areas once unloaded.
- No open flames in tents or cabins.
- Fires only in dedicated locations.
- Camp stoves/grills are permitted outside with supervision.
- Firewood is located near fire pits. If you are in need of more, let staff know.
- No pets. Service animals are welcome. There is a site dog who wanders.
- No smoking except in the parking lots. Police your butts
- No swimming/boating in the lake. No lifeguard on duty.
- Do not leave food outside overnight. Each camp area has lockers under the communal pavilion to store food in so wild animals do not steal or eat it.
- The site is discreetly damp. All empties need to be packed out.
- Pack in pack out. Trash needs to be brought to the dumpster by Fletcher
- Site and staff are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged personal items.
Site Information
The site is very remote and has spotty cell reception. There is WiFi available in some buildings. If you need Wifi as a Medical necessity, please make the staff aware.
1. Fletcher
A. Check in and information, main gathering hall/dining room. Centrally located on site with electricity.
B. Rest rooms off of main entrance, Handicap accessible, and in bunk area.
C. Main Feast Hall seats 275. Round tables as well as long folding tables.
D. Fire place works and has a swing hook.
E. Cooking areas
1. Main kitchen: Has walk-in cooler/freezer, Planchard grill, two convection ovens, 6-burner stove with oven, industrial dishwasher, multiple stainless steel work surfaces, industrial pots/pans, dry pantry, deep sinks.
2. Brewing kitchen: Stove, oven, double sink, refrigerator, table, counter.
F. Classrooms:
1. Living room.
2. Classroom.
G. Sleeping accommodations: 14 lower and 14 upper bunks total, in six bunk areas.
H. Merchants: Outside, on porch.
I. There is access from the road behind the lodge. Steps lead up to porches. One car at a time for unloading. NO parking.
2. Rowe Lodge
A. Handicap accessible, all on one level, with electricity.
B. Two bathrooms with two toilets and showers.
C. Main gathering hall/dining room.
D. Kitchen: Two stoves, refrigerator.
E. Sleeping accommodations:
1. Two bunk rooms: each with 9 lower and 9 upper bunks.
2. Separate leader bunk room with two beds.
F. Large covered porch.
G. Fire pit/gathering area outside.
3. Gladstone Pines
A. Handicap accessible with electricity.
B. Bathrooms: two toilets, two sinks, and two showers.
C. Dining/classroom area.
D. Kitchen.
E. Sleeping accommodations: two bunk rooms: six upper and six lower each.
Leader room: four beds.
F. Outdoor fire ring.
4. Explorer
A. No electricity, near the shower house.
B. Outhouse with one toilet.
C. Outdoor pavilion kitchen- four picnic tables, grill, water spigot. Accessible from ground level.
D. Classroom cabin.
E. Sleeping Accommodations: three sleeping cabins with five upper and five lower bunks. One tent platform with four bunks.
F. Fire pit, not handicap accessible.
5. Viking
A. Directly on the lake, cabins are not handicap accessible.
B. Outhouse.
C. Community pavilion- garage door walls, wood stove, three picnic tables, and two small tables for chairs.
D. Outdoor kitchen on the end of the hall. Wood grill, water spigot, storage cabinets for food.
E. Sleeping accommodations:
1. Three cabins with five lower and five upper bunks each.
2. Two platform tents with four lower bunks each.
6. Boat House
A. Three small rooms with electricity. Well insulated for sound and can be made available as a small recording space.
7. Shower House
A. Separate woman’s and men’s sides. Has two potties each side, two sinks each side, four semi-private showers each side, and one handicap accessible shower each side.
The Green
Large, mostly flat space centrally located near shower house craft and boathouse. Use for merchant area, or use for tent camping for larger tents.
8. Pat’s Crafts
A. Arts and crafts lodge- Handicap accessible by ramp on side of building.
B. Two bathrooms and two showers.
C. Class space.
D. Outdoor porch for additional merchants or outdoor classes.
9. Pioneer
A. One of the oldest camps on site. Not handicap accessible.
B. Outhouse with separate hand washing station.
C. Outdoor pavilion with cement grill, food storage lockers.
D. Spare platform which will function as a stage. Sadly, not easily accessible.
E. Three rustic cabins with eight lower bunks each, and one platform tent with four lower bunks.
F. Fire pit.
10. Robinhood
A. Older camp, just past Pat’s Crafts.
B. Outhouse and separate hand washing station.
C. Open pavilion with picnic tables, cement grill, water spigot, and storage cabinets for food.
D. Firepit is accessable.
E. Sleeping Accommodations:
1. Three cabins with eight beds each, not handicap accessible.
2. One platform tent, four beds.
11. Mountaineer
A. Up a steep hill, no handicap access, no activities will be planned for this camp. Very large open area.
B. Outhouse with hand washing station.
C. Open pavilion with grill and water spigot.
D. Sleeping Accommodations: three cabin tents, four beds each.
E. Fire Pit.
12. Outpost
A. We are not planning on using this camp as it is nearly ½ mile walk.
B. Has lean-to’s.
13. Lorelei
A. Directly on the lake opposite Viking and Fletcher. Accessible by gravel road.
B. Outhouse and separate handwashing station.
C. Outdoor pavilion overlooking the lake with picnic tables, cinderblock grill, food storage cabinets, water spigot.
D. Five cabin tents, four beds each, one is ground level accessible.
E. Fire pit.
14. Archery Range
A. Overflow tent camping.
15. Fire tower
A. Not using.
16. Stem Lab
A. Handicap accessible with electricity. Has two wall-mounted TV with hook-up to laptops. Good for presentations. Tables and chairs- 16-20 spaces.
B. Single accessible bathroom.
